Give the next person a report they can follow.
Turn a gallery of job photos into one shareable document. Trustamp helps you select photos, add notes and export a photo work report on Android for inspections, maintenance visits and delivery handoffs.
Start with the photos that explain the job, then add the context a recipient needs.
Open the gallery and select the relevant shots. Include the overall scene and the details that matter, such as an asset label, a completed repair or a delivery location.
Explain what each photo shows. Identify the room, task or condition rather than leaving a recipient to guess. Notes are your descriptions, not independently verified facts.
Generate the PDF, check the selected photos and notes, then share it through your preferred channel. Review witness status if the recipient needs time and location records.
Keep inspection photos and observations together. Show the overall condition, then close-ups of items that need attention. See our field inspection workflow.
Document the starting condition and the work completed. Use notes to identify the same equipment or area in each shot, so the change is easy to understand.
Combine drop-off photos and relevant notes for a handoff or a follow-up. Learn about proof of delivery photos with timestamps and location.
Use a photo work report to share progress across work areas. A clear note about the activity helps colleagues understand a field service photo without a separate message thread.
Use the timestamp camera to add date and time as you shoot. The GPS map camera can add an address, coordinates and other location context. Keep the watermark readable without covering the subject.
For example, a maintenance handoff can include a wide shot identifying the equipment, a close-up of the fault and a photo after the repair. Add notes describing what was done and what still needs attention. This is a suggested workflow, not an automatically generated assessment.
The PDF organizes photos and notes for reading. Witness links allow a recipient to inspect the associated server time and location records. Neither a PDF export nor a witness link establishes that the image content was never edited.
If image integrity matters, retain and share the original photo with optional C2PA signing enabled at capture. Trustamp's issuer certificate is currently self-issued while the C2PA Trust List application is in progress. Learn how Content Credentials work. A recipient decides whether the documentation meets their requirements.
In the Trustamp gallery, select the photos for your job, open the report action, add notes and export the PDF. Review the report before sharing it with a client or colleague.
Yes. Select the relevant photos and use notes to identify the condition before work and the result afterward. Review the exported sequence and labels so the recipient can follow what changed.
No. Witnessed and unwitnessed photos have different status. A report does not turn a local watermark or a written note into a verified fact. Check the witness status of each photo before making claims about its time and place.
Do not use the PDF as a substitute for the original signed photo. To check image integrity, share the original C2PA-signed file and use a compatible verifier. A witness link checks the associated time and location record, not the report pixels.
PDF photo reports are currently available without a Pro subscription. Trustamp is free to download, has no ads and requires no account to start.
